Order Fulfillment Policy

• All rope is typically in stock and ships same day.
• Orders over $100 may be shipped direct from vendor to you.
• Orders under $100 may be subject to a 7-14 day processing time if it is not in our warehouse.
• All orders are subject to a 7-14 day processing time, though orders can ship sooner. If an order is needed in an expedited fashion, please select an expedited shipping option or contact us for quicker fulfillment methods.
• All returns are paid by the buyer unless we are at fault. We offer a prepaid shipping label that is deducted from your refund for convenience. (This includes and is not limited to - items ordered incorrectly, item not needed, changed mind, no longer wanted.)
• All refunds/returns will have all shipping costs associated with the order deducted, unless we are at fault.
